The Real Deal LLC d/b/a Real Deal Home Offers is a real estate investment and solutions company. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage, nor do we represent you as your licensed fiduciary real estate agent unless an affiliated brokerage engagement agreement is separately executed.

Non-Binding Estimates

Preliminary estimates, calculations, or verbal discussion do not constitute binding contracts until formal, standardized purchase agreements or novation agreements are executed by all property owners and verified through licensed title escrow.

Third-Party Services

Programs including Move First and Equity Protection may coordinate with independent third-party licensed contractors, bridge lenders, and title agents.
